DROP-OFF / PICK-UP

Students should arrive on time for class. Late arrivals can be disruptive.

The studio opens shortly before scheduled class times. BAHS is only responsible for students during their scheduled class time inside the dance room.

Parents are responsible for supervision in all other areas of the studio, including the lobby, hallway, restroom, and outdoor areas.

STUDIO ETIQUETTE

Students are expected to follow instructor direction and studio rules to maintain a safe and respectful environment.

Only students are allowed in dance rooms during class. Family members must remain in the lobby.

Cell phones are not permitted in the dance rooms unless approved by the instructor for class-related use (such as recording choreography).

Outdoor shoes must remain on the entry rugs and are not permitted in the lobby, cubbies, dressing areas, or dance rooms. Shoes must be removed before stepping off the entry rugs.

No food or drinks—other than water—are allowed in the dance rooms.

Please respect the studio space by cleaning up after yourself and conducting yourself in a manner that prevents damage. Any damage caused may result in responsibility for repair or replacement.

SCENT POLICY

To maintain a comfortable and safe environment for all students and staff, perfumes, colognes, and other strongly scented products should not be worn to the studio.

This includes smoke-related odors (including cigarette or marijuana smoke), as these can cause discomfort, sensitivities, and disruption to classes.

We appreciate your cooperation in helping keep the studio a healthy and respectful space for everyone.
