POLICIES
TUITION / AUTO-PAYMENT
Tuition is based on a 36-week dance season and is divided into 9 equal monthly payments for consistency and convenience. Monthly tuition is due on the 1st of each month from September–May.
For the Dual Payment option, tuition is split into two equal payments: the first due September 1st and the second due January 1st. Full Season Payment is due September 1st.
All tuition payments are processed automatically using the payment method on file. Tuition is all-inclusive, with no additional processing fees.
Tuition reserves your dancer’s place in class and is not based on individual attendance.
REGISTRATION
A $15 registration fee per student ($10 for each additional family member) is required to reserve a spot in class. Registration is not complete until payment is received.
Registration fees are non-refundable.
LATE PAYMENT / NON-PAYMENT
A $25 late fee will be applied if tuition is not received by the 15th of the month in which it is due. This also applies to costume payments.
Accounts not paid in full by the end of the month will be placed on hold, and the student will not be permitted to attend class until the balance is paid.
Accounts that are two months past due will result in the student being unenrolled. Re-enrollment will require a new registration fee.
PAYMENT FAILURE
A $25 fee will be applied for any returned payment or failed automatic payment due to insufficient funds.
REFUNDS
Bethany Ann Hellen Studios, Inc. does not offer refunds for tuition, fees, or missed classes.
